Too long!

I didn't realize it had been so long since I had updated. Not a lot going on here, we are anxiously awaiting Thanksgiving. Brinlee has some exciting news...she has started potty training! She has been pooping in the potty for about 2 weeks now! She still needs a pull-up, as she is not consistent with peeing, but she doing great. It will be so strange to have a diaper-free house. We have been changing diapers for almost 7 years straight! We picked up some pink curtains and a comforter for her "big girl" bed yesterday. We plan on getting that set up after Thanksgiving. She is using my great grandma's antique sleigh bed, with matching dresser, chest of drawers and hope chest. The crib will be disassembled, 7 years and 3 kids later, and returned to Aunt Kathy. Time continues to march on......even when I wish I could stop it!

Here are a couple of pictures from Brenton's field trip to the zoo a couple weeks ago. Brenton and some of his classmates.
Brenton's whole class. He is sitting by his teacher, Miss Snoap. Brenton invited her to the Night Of Worship, at our church last night. She called us over the weekend and said she'd love to come with us. Brenton was so excited! It was an awesome time. We are so blessed to have her as Brenton's teacher.
The virtue of the month in ClubJAM (kid's program at church) is cooperation. This is the project our family "cooperatively" built together.

The kids stomping in the leaves so we could fit more in the bin! The elephant you see is Tembo, from Tanner's preschool. It was his turn to bring him home for the weekend. Tanner also is the special person today at school and gets to bring the snack. He is beyond excited over this!

The boys after a busy Halloween! We let the boys watch a Halloween cartoon after trick-or-treating and I ran upstairs to fold some laundry. Jim called me down to look at the boys. Brenton's head is resting on Tanner's, if you can't tell. Good thing they brushed their teeth before the cartoon!
